Print an adoption flyer for *Tucker*!
My name is Tucker. I am an almost 4 month old dudeweighing in at 10#. I live with three cavaliers. We get along great; but I need a place of my own. A home with or without other dogs would be fine with me as long as I get lots of attention. My foster mom says I am very sweet and loyal to my person. She says that I am very smart and have been easy to train. I have to agree.I am potty trained but need to go out first thing in the morning and regularly during the day. I go out in the fenced yard off leash in the daytime and on leash when it gets dark. I let my foster mom know when I need to go out. I sleep in my crate all night in the master bedroom without bugging anyone to let me out. Exploring the yard is the best. I spend as much time outside as possible. Also, I am getting pretty good with that loose leash walking stuff on the street. I have to admit, leaves and bugs and sticks distract me. I am a busy boy; no matter what I am doing. I would love a dog sport or some sort of activity that I could do with my person. I am what they call, crate trained. I stay in my crate at home when my foster mom goes out or needs to get work done at home. I like to ride in the car in my crateif I can go with her. If you are looking for a sweet, smart, loyal and active puppy who wants to please, I could be your dog. Just make out an application for adoption with Sadie’s for me (Tucker).
Please keep in mind there are many factors to consider when choosing the right match for a puppy, so an application cannot guarantee adoption. Nor do we work on a "first come first served" basis, but rather strive to find the best match for the personality of each dog. At the time of adoption, the puppy will be current on vaccinations and deworming. He or she will come with a pre-scheduled appointment at our vet to be spayed or neutered that the adopter is obligated to keep. The puppy will also be microchipped at this time. Please consider the time and effort it takes to raise a puppy. Foster puppies are typically NOT potty trained. They require time and patience from their adopter. If you are NOT serious about adoption and have not discussed the possiblility of adding a new canine to your home with ALL live in family members, DO NOT APPLY. Volunteers spend countless hours reviewing applications, calling references, and scheduling home visits. Please be sure you are ready to add a puppy to your home BEFORE applying.
